Program Director at Eagle Rock School Professional Development Center

Directed all aspects of the fellowship program (recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, mentorship, and administrative processes), serving cohorts of young educator professionals committed to school change through an antiracist social justice social lens to nurture their brilliance and leadership skills.
Devised strategies and revamped procedures to streamline and modernize programs operations and relationships; Ensuring a quality program experience and capacity building of the school and organization.
Collaboratively organize and provide ongoing training to fellows focusing on individual development, asset-based community development building through an antiracist, social justice lens. Fellows leave the program feeling empowered to be an agent of change in their lives, community, and school systems.

Competitively selected amongst NYC high schools to be an agent of change by service learning and cultural exchange in the Dominican Republic, Haiti and the United States. In the field, designed and carried out complex community impact projects on health outreach and co-created a documentary about Dengue's effects and impact of racism in the Dominican Republic.
